Kosar Building is a “green” building that built with Kohinoor company. Increasingly, buildings are becoming green, as cities and companies around the world embrace Biophilic Design, the concept of surrounding buildings with nature, even on the upper floor, and bringing the outdoors indoors by including natural elements in their interior design. 

They did not have any brand identity and they try to pre-sell to customers with catalogs, website, blueprint, and 3D models. They love to make as much as we can look like a real project because it was the first Biophilic Design project in Iran.

How they present their project with catalogs for pre-sell?

Michael is a businessman. He is 46 years old, married with two kids. He owned the company that importing cosmetics. He had a heart attack. His goal is to build up more revenue for his job. He loves the luxury place for living and he has to live in the suburb of the city. He does not have time to taking care of the house and he prefers live in luxury apartments. 

Melissa is a physician in the city. She is 50 years old and married with three kids. Her goal is to live a healthy lifestyle. she is making good money. But she prefers life in the traditional house with trees and flowers, but she does not have time to taking care of the house. 

Solution:

-  We designed Logo and brand identity, we used green color as the primary color for representing nature. For secondary color, we used gold as a luxury brand’s color. 

-  Logo design inspired by the real design of the building.  

-  For catalog, we used some stock photo, 3D Model of the building, and we decorate someplace for the photoshoot. 

- Catalog size is 15 inches by 15 inches to be eye-catching and more detail driven.
